Custom software for industrial maintenance

Industrial field service software, built around your plant

Breakdowns, technicians, spare parts and downtime in one place. And what your most experienced technicians know, on everyone's phone.

Book a demo

For production plants and industrial machinery service teams: forging, extrusion, machining and process equipment.

Your technician is standing at the machine. The answer is in eight different places.

The history lives in the CMMS, the manual in a 600-page PDF, the spare in the ERP, and the fix in the head of someone about to retire.

  • CMMS

Work orders get closed, but nobody learns from them.

  • ERP

The part exists, but it is sitting at another branch.

  • Ticketing

The call comes in one way; the technician finds out another.

  • OEM manuals

Hundreds of pages nobody opens with a machine down.

  • Telemetry

The machine flags it, but nobody matches it to the history.

  • Production planning

The machine stops and nobody knows which order slips.

  • The service manager's spreadsheet

Routes, on-call and KPIs, built by hand.

  • WhatsApp with the veteran

The fix travels by phone and never gets written down.

Eight sources, one breakdown. One screen.

Three questions your field service team answers every day

Technician with a tablet in front of a machine

01

How do I fix it?

The technician scans the equipment QR code or describes the breakdown out loud. They get the most likely diagnosis, the step-by-step from the manual, and how similar failures were fixed. Before every critical step, the safety protocol.

02

Who goes, and with which part?

Work orders are ranked by urgency and downtime cost. The system proposes the technician by skill, load and proximity, checks the spare and tells you where the nearest one is. The service manager confirms with one click.

03

What is going to break?

With the failure history by model, hours in use and the last inspection, the system warns you with days to spare. Downtime lands in a planned window, not in the middle of a rush job.

Example

You

Which machines have the most downtime hours this quarter, and why?

Reply

Three account for 60%. Press PH-04 keeps failing on the hydraulic pump: 47 hours down. Should I schedule the circuit inspection in the next window and order the spare kit?

How it works

From the call to a closed breakdown, without escalating.

  1. 01

    The alert comes in

The machine flags it or the operator reports it. The work order creates itself.

  2. 02

    It gets assigned

To the technician with the right skill and the nearest part.

  3. 03

    Scan the equipment

Model, history and diagrams on the phone.

  4. 04

    Describe the breakdown

Out loud. They get a diagnosis and a step-by-step.

  5. 05

    Work safely

The safety protocol before every critical step.

  6. 06

    Close the order

The fix is saved for the next time.

What your experts know, captured before they retire.

Your specialist solves a breakdown and explains it the way they would to a colleague. It is recorded, transcribed, and the AI turns it into a card they review and sign off on. From then on, any technician can look it up.

What does hunting for answers cost you today?

Every time a technician hunts for a manual, waits for someone to pick up or walks back for a part, the clock keeps running.

Your team loses 9.200 hours a year. That is 322.000 € nobody bills today.

Calculated on 46 working weeks and €35 per technician hour.

Frequently asked questions about field service software

Do I have to replace my CMMS?

No. It lives alongside it: we read its work orders and history and join them with the rest. What we do replace, in phases, are the spreadsheets and the one-off tools.

Does it work with my ERP?

Yes. We connect to ERPs such as Sage or SAP, to your ticketing tool and to your document manager, through an API or by reading directly when there isn't one.

Does it work where there is no coverage?

Yes. The technician app works offline and syncs when the signal comes back.

Does the AI decide on its own?

No. It proposes the diagnosis, the assignment or the alert, with an explanation, and a person signs off. Nothing runs without someone approving it.

How do you capture what veteran technicians know?

In guided sessions: the specialist explains how they solve each breakdown, it is recorded and transcribed, and the AI turns it into cards they review and sign off on.

Is it custom software?

Yes. We start from what already works at other plants and field service teams and fit it to your machines, your processes and your systems.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

It depends on how many systems and equipment types we need to connect. In the demo we give you a timeline and a price range.
