Software for installers: maintenance, routes and quotes in one place

So your technicians fix it the first time, preventive work takes share from breakdowns, and every quote goes out with the margin already right.

Book a demo

For companies that install and maintain elevators, HVAC, fire protection and electrical systems.

Your technician is at the breakdown. What they need to know is in eight different places.

Every breakdown breaks a route. Every technician who cannot fix it escalates. And every escalation is a preventive job that does not get done.

  • ERP

Contracts, installed base and billing, far from the technician.

  • CMMS

Job sheets that get filled in and never looked at again.

  • Tickets

The customer call comes in, but nobody sees that it is repeating.

  • Document manager

Manuals and diagrams that never show up when you need them.

  • Equipment telemetry

Alarms that never reach the technician already on the way.

  • Quote configurator

Slow, error-prone, with margins that do not add up.

  • A spreadsheet per branch

Routes, on-call and stock, a different file in every office.

  • The expert's phone

The fix depends on someone picking up.

Everything your company knows, in the technician's hand.

Three questions your company answers every day

Technician with a phone next to a control cabinet

01

How do I fix this breakdown?

The technician scans the equipment QR code and sees the model, the history and the diagrams. They ask out loud, as if they were calling the expert, and get the step-by-step plus how similar failures were fixed. Before every critical step, the safety protocol.

02

Who do I visit today, and in what order?

The route is ranked by urgency, overdue preventive work, proximity and parts on hand. If the part is not at your branch, the system tells you where it is before someone buys it again.

Salesperson reviewing a document with a customer

03

What price do I quote?

The salesperson enters the installation data or the inspection report and the system calculates cost, travel by zone and the target margin. The PDF comes out ready to sign, without the salesperson seeing the cost.

equipment types in one assistant

A company with hundreds of technicians in the field, experts close to retirement and nine programs that do not talk to each other. We started where it hurt most: field service.

  • The expert who never retires

An assistant with the manuals, the breakdown history and what the veterans know, recorded and signed off by them. The technician asks and fixes it without escalating.

  • Quotes in minutes

Cost, travel by zone and margin calculated on their own. The salesperson stops fighting the configurator and spends that time selling.

  • Leadership that asks in plain English

"Who was my worst customer this month?" and the answer comes back with the data already joined. Each role sees what they need, and alerts only fire when something is off.

  • One warehouse, even if you have ten

Stock from every branch on one screen. Before you buy a part, the system flags it if you already have it in another office.

How many hours are you losing to breakdowns?

Every hour of reactive work is an hour that does not go to preventive. And less preventive means more breakdowns next week.

Frequently asked questions about software for installers

Do I have to replace my ERP or my CMMS?

No. They keep running as they do today: we join their data in one database and work on top. What we do replace, in phases, are the spreadsheets and the one-off tools.

Does it work for any equipment brand?

Yes. The assistant learns from your manuals, your diagrams and your breakdown history, whatever the brand.

Does it work where there is no coverage?

Yes. The technician app works offline and syncs when the signal comes back.

How do you capture what veteran technicians know?

In guided sessions: the expert explains how they solve each breakdown, it is recorded and transcribed, and the AI turns it into cards they review and sign off on.

Does the AI decide on its own?

No. It proposes the diagnosis, the route or the price, with an explanation, and a person signs off. Nothing runs without someone approving it.

Is it custom software?

Yes. We start from what already works at other maintenance companies and fit it to your equipment, your contracts and your systems.

What is Selfware?

Our way of building custom software: your tool, on a base already proven in your industry. See Selfware.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

It depends on how many systems and branches we need to connect. We start with what hurts most, usually field service, and in the demo we give you a timeline and a price range.
